Reading Data from oszilloscope TDS 784

Hello everybody,

my problem is the reading of data from the oszilloscopeTDS 784D from Tektronix. I have installed the right driver and used the right vi's. Firstly it works right but after I turned the waveform size higher than 2M-Samples I've got the failure ' Timeout expired before operation completed.'. It also didn't work after turn the timeout higher.

I'll be glad if someone coud help me soon.

I would like to help you but I need more information.
What do you mean with right driver and right VI’s? Which software version are you using?

Hi AmirG,

thanks for your help. I continued to make the connection and so I found the failure for myself. I didn't unlocked the connection between the oscilliscope and the GPIB-device.

But now it works.
