Record RSE and differential simultaneously?

Hello,

  I realize this is probably a basic question, but I haven't found the answer to this.

  I have the devices from which I need to record their signals simultaneously.  The first is a DIFF pressure transducer.  The second and third are RSE.  Is there a way I can record these simultaneously?

  The only thing I can think of is to set the acquisition to DIFF and supply a common ground to the negative input to both the second and third channel.  Is this really the best answer? 

  I appreciate any feedback I can get.

Hi John,

You can actually specify the grounding configuration per channel(s) as shown in the image below.  I modified the Continuous Acquire and Graph Voltage- Internal Clock example which can be found in the Example Finder

under Hardware Input and Output>>DAQmx>>Analog Measurements>>Voltage.  All three channels are included in the task but can be configured with different parameters, such as, grounding configuration, signal input range, custom scaling, etc.  Hopefully this is easier for you!
