Regarding Difference in Silent Installable media and Manual Installable media Size, For end user how to restrict license allocated to given number

For Installable: ni-labview-2021-x86_21.0_suite_online (1).exe

We have come across the observation that installable of silent installation and manual installation differs a lot. So is it correct ?

Also We wanted a solution where we can restrict the number of end user as per allocated for the particular license. Does NI Labview license manager has any such kind of provision or feature inbuild?
