Regarding my DAQ

I am trying to acquire ECG signals using MyDAQ. I used DAQ assistant but the screen for DAQ settings did not pop up. How can I resolve this?

Go to Tools -> Options..
Under "Block Diagram" make sure you have the check box "Configure ExpressVIs immediately"

But you can always double click on the DAQ Assistant icon to open the configuration pop up window.
