Registration dialog although LV2023 is registered

Dear all,

I've discovered a strange situation on one of our systems, where LabVIEW 2023 is installed. Although LabVIEW is properly licensed (via our License Server), it displays the following registration dialog from time to time:

This is pretty annoying, especially during test execution. I read in the internet that this dialog could be related to any third party apps or NI toolkits. However, I'm not able to identify them on this machine.

How can I disable this dialog permanently? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

That dialog looks more like a NI Hardware Product registration, not a NI License issue. 

Are you changing NI hardware on you station?

Thanks a lot. My colleague found out that this dialog is indeed coming from an unregistered hardware.
