Remote Panel error "Requested VI is not loaded into memory on the Server Computer"

I want to use the "Remote Panel"- Function of LABview 6.1.
It works fine if I access the VI with a browser from the Intranet.
But from outside the Intranet I get the message "Requested VI is not loaded into memory on the Server Computer" allthough it is loaded.
Any suggestions ?

Sounds like something affecting the connections from the outside world into your local LAN. Are you running a firewall?

Yes, there is a firewall.
May be I have to ask our network administrator to open some more ports.
Which ports do I need for Remote Panel ?
At the moment
port 80
port 3015
port 3363
are free for TCP.

You might also want to check out this KnowledgeBase. It lists the processes that you must configure your firewall to allow access to. That could be why you're getting these errors.
