Remote front panel, close client, makes CPU go 100%

Hei

I recently updated a working system to LV2013 from LV2012 happy for fix of a bug on the time (X) scale of charts not displaying correctly.

The system is running on a cRIO-9074 and remote front panel is utilized for monitoring.

Some home-built code for controlling the number of connected WEB-clients is constructed and has been performing well with the LV2012 software set (LV, LV-RT, cRIO software).

Upgrading to LV2013 (Complete upgrade of development PC & cRIO to 2013) I am experiencing problems when trying to disconnect a client with the "RP.Close Connection To Client" node. It is doing its job, throwing out clients as wanted but the CPU of the cRIO stalls to 100% immediately after disconnect.

Using the NI Distributed System Manager the system is normally running at a load of 20% (Normal Priority)

After disconnection, the CPU loads goes 100% with 40% Normal and 60% High priority.

It seems like some system object is going into tight loop!

After the CPU goes 100% the system response is gone, a reboot is needed.

Any help is appreciated, a simplified VI that shows the problem is attached.

Hello jankl,

have you found a solution for your problem in the meantime.

I have a similar problem. See here:

Best regards
