I've never trusted those benchmarks, the results were in the dirt.  I did not trust the results!  but, I founnd them inteesting...

With startTrigger, the writting won't be performed but the reading part will. An error message won't always pop up but if it does it will say something along the lines of the VISA not having been closed.

Using sampleClock works well so I'll just use that.
