Request MS silverlight on MAX labview 2013

Dear all... i need some help here. my MAX on labview 2013 request to install MS Silverlight 4 or later. I was download and install it on file attachment : silverlight5.1 from NI website. But still the MAX don't response and it still request to install MS silverlight.

For your information i use Windows 7 Professional. If you ever see this please help me to fix it. i need to make an experiment as soon as possible for my report, cause of this my report will be late.

LabVIEW 2013 is still in beta.  I bet you really mean LabVIEW 2012 SP1 (which is with Developer Suite 2013 DS1).  The Silverlight should be included in the LabVIEW installer disc.  Where did you get the LabVIEW installer?

I'm sorry I mean I use Labview 2011. I see in the national instrument folder there are a silverlight 5.1 but MAX doesn't respond, it still request me to install silverlight. 

Anyway the problem is happen on MAX when I want to use cRIO but when I use cDAQ it's OK. It's message show when I click the remote system.

Did you try repair the installation?

If you did, could you try to reset MAX configuration.

Thank you, I was use the file attachment from the link that you gived to me but it still not work on MAX. I see on my laptop that the silverlight was successful installed. and the folder on  _legal information on National instrumen was change to silverlight 5.1. For the last step I uninstall the labview and reinstall it, but it still not work. The MAX still request to install silverlight. I try to download the silverlight from the Microsoft but it say that my device is currently use silverlight. In other computer that use labview 2011 this problem is not happen.

Try installing NI System Configuration 5.4. It will upgrade the version of MAX you have.
