Request for Assistance with Data Sampling Rate

I would appreciate your help with updating the code so that all data is recorded at a consistent sampling rate of 100 Hz. Currently, the sampling is not uniform, and I need to ensure that all measurements are stored at this fixed rate throughout the process.

If possible, I would be grateful for guidance or modifications to achieve this behavior.

With windows the os would not garante that the sampling rate is fixed. 

You need to configure  the daq to make the sample rate fixed on the hardware of your daq board. 

Try to change it on daq assistant
