Hello there,  i want to do programming for SPM control on host Pc rather than to use FPGA module but unfortunately i havent worked on LabVIEW before can anyone help me out in it. Thanks

As you "want to do programming" I guess you also want to learn LabVIEW…

There is a Training section in the header of the LabVIEW board.

It will help you to learn LabVIEW!

(Are you talking about SPM = scanning probe microscopy? It always helps to explain such acronyms!)
