SR 7149211 not resolved

SR 7149211 is not resolved.  Please review it.

The "fix" worked only temporarily.  The fix was to swap the Y axis plot scales from left to right and back to resolve the problem where the LV graphs continually mis-sized the plot display area when using both the left and right Y-axis for plotting.  This event is not always repeatible.  I sent a demo plot to Emily originally and she verified the problem.  This is something the developers have to fix.  Please alert them to the problem.

A Corrective Action Request describing and documenting this behavior is being filed and evaluated by our software engineers. Thus, they have been alerted and will aim to eliminate this behavior in future versions of LabVIEW. Please let me know if the workaround we discussed is not working as needed.
