SVE NI PSP Over Internet

Hi guys anyone here knows how to tranfers data over internet using NI PSP.

I know the Public and Private IP of the PC but i dont know how to write the PSP URL. 
Can u please tell me the proper format. 
my Public is : 112.209.157.129   & Private is: 192.168.1.3

From the screenshot, are you are trying to bind a shared variable to an existing one? If so, please refer to the following document: https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview/page/binding-shared-variables-and-other-ni-psp-data-ite.... Ensure that the variable has already been deployed.
