Save a LV8.5 application to LV6.1?

Hello,

I'm currently using LabVIEW 8.5 to develope my SW.

A customer is still using LV6.1.

Is it possible to save it to LV6.1 in a way??

Possible, but not easy. Save it down to 8.0. Find a copy of 8.0, save it down to 7.1. Find a copy of 7.1, save it down to 6.1. Sometimes, people on the forums can do this, if it's a small VI. National Instruments might do it if you have active service agreement.

Keep in mind, there's a lot going on in 8.5 that just will not down-convert to 6.1. You might get lucky.

I have converted the file down to LV8.0 from 8.6. It seems to be the lowest version I can convert to. Hopefully this will help so the next person can downgrade it a little further.
