Hai Dev..

Thanks for your reply yesterday. It worked.

Now I have a main VI in which i calculate some values and give those values to a XY graph and I want to save this graph to a new VI with different name and i have to do this while the main Vi is running.

How Can i do it?

I understood what you are tring to do

But 2 more questions:

What is the reason that you want to do this?

And do you want to do this programatically??

I ask this because,if you just explain the background, maybe we could suggest a simple method

Hai,

Not clear about your requirement.

When you are looking for creating new vi's from existing make use of VI templates.  i.e. you can place the XY graph in a *.vit (vi template) and each time you call the template will generate new instance of it which you can save as VI.

Is the above is of help??
