Select or deselect of a list, variables that I want to plot?

Using a Ring menu or a similar element, I need to be able to select or deselect of a group of variables those that I want to plot on the same waveform chart. When the variable is selected this is plotted on waveform chart and when returning to press on the same variable that disappears of the chart. Being able to show manifold variables in the same waveform chart.

Use a list box to do that.
The attached vi is one answer to your question : from the original data, a multiplot graph is build dynamically.
There is another solution for the display step : you could plot all the data, then display/hide specifically the selected variables. see here
