I have problem with error 16385 in using labview serial communications subVIs.
I need LabVIEW serial manual too.
Please help me as soon as possible.

You can find as much information as you need in the LabVIEW Help for the Serial Communication Functions.
Also, try and look at the examples that come with your installation of LabVIEW under Help>>Find Examples....
