If your Labview license it valid NI can help you. If not well, I do not know about any legal way out of your problemMost people to day use laptops. So you could perhaps swap computer with a friend for a few days. Install Labview in eval mode and do your work. That is my 02 cents

Hi TheNerdHerd,

What product are you activating? LabVIEW, LabVIEW for Robotics,  LabVIEW for Robotics Module?

Also, take a look at NI License Manager  (Start>>All Programs >> National Instruments >> NI License Manager)

Locate the product you are having activation trouble with and look at the colored box next to it - is it full green, half green, half yellow, half red? This will tell us what activation state the product is in. For more information on  these colored boxes see this KnowledgeBase:

What Do the Colored Boxes in NI License Manager Mean?

From there you can also walk through and try to reactivate - right click the product from the list in License Manager > Deactivate. Then Right-click and choose activate. Go through the wizard pop-up window that appears. At some point it will ask for an activation code. Go through the steps at ni.com/activate to get this code. Note: To retreive the Computer ID, go into License Manager and click the Display Computer Information button.

How does this work?

Cheers,
