Serial read and write comunication

Hi,
we begin to solve the problem, but we need some help.
I attach an example in which we try 10 continous read and write; but at second read try we obatin an I/O error code -1073807298
Can someone eplain me why?

Excuse me, in previous post there is a mistake; we obatin the mentioned error at second try to write!
