Service Request (SRQ) with LabVIEW driver and LeCroy oscilloscope over LAN (LXI or LeCroy VICP)

Hello LabVIEW Community,

an application could spend time on other tasks and react to a Service Request (SRQ) when the oscilloscope has finished a new acquisition. This without the need to poll continuously for that event.

Is this actually possible over LAN as it is over GPIB, where the controller takes action when SRQ occurs? LeCroy scopes support usually two LAN-protocols, LXI and the proprietary VICP.

Any suggestion or hint is most welcome.

I don't know, the SRQ functionality is sort of unique to gpib, but a quick of the manual should tell you. I haven't used one recently, but LeCroy used to have pretty good manuals.
