The analog output channels on the DAQCard 6062E have only the -10.0 to +10.0 or 0 to 10 V range options. The limit settings would be the way to go, but you must use a valid range. Note the accuracy specifications on the module's data sheet. You get 10.568 mV accuracy on the output, so you should refrain from very low amplitudes. You could add an attenuation amp after the output as a custom circuit. The breadboard area of the SCB-68 is perfect for that sort of thing.
You should consult with an expert before purchasing hardware to make sure that you will end up with the correct gain and sampling capability. There are plenty of Alliance Member companies like ours out there, and your NI field and internal sales reps are there to help.
