Signal Routing for PCI-5412

I am changing from the PCI-5411 to the PCI-5412.  I have all the Labview 8.2 software working w/ the new card but I'm having problems with signal routing.  I want to route the "start trigger" to RTSI0.  In the Measurement and Automation setup properties for the 5412 the RTSI cable shows none.  So I can't perform the routing there.  I've tried the "DAQmx connect terminals.vi" and that doesn't seem to do it.  Any suggestions.  I basically want to have this routed in my system perminantly so it could be a vi that I call each time or something that is done once.  This seems like it should be easy.  Any thoughts?

Hi Brad,

With the PCI-5412 you should be able to use the niFgen Export Signal.vi.  Configure the "Signal" input with "Start Trigger" and the "Output Terminal" input with "RTSI0".  Calling this function in your application will not commit this route to hardware, but it will export the signal to the specified terminal for the current generation session.
