Simple Tree Control Example

Anyone have a basic vi to show how to build a tree control. Just looking for an example showing how to create a parent with few children or a root with a few sublevels, whatever the correct terminology is..

I've looked at the example that ships with labVIEW but it's quite complex, I've also played around with the tree control methods but keep getting errors..

Nice example but again, this tree control is already built and is merely being manipulated by the state-machine. I'm having trouble building the tree control programatically and the context help isn't great on this issue...
