Slow AC voltage measurement readings with hp34401a

More of interest in this case is the flow of setup and reading commands you use for the 34401 😉

I'm not sure what level of detail you require but I am using Configure measuremen.vi and Read single point.vi (set to AC voltage). There is no additional setup and flow beyond what I have described - I consider this two be two very straightforward volatge measurements.

Hello,

I was wondering how you are connected to your device? Also are you using this instrument driver to talk to your device? I would recommend taking a look at some of the examples in there to see if they help out.

That is the driver I am using. I had a look through the examples already but nothing helps to solve this issue.

Do you have another way to communicate with the device that is not through LabVIEW that you can use to test the speed? Also have you tried contacting Agilent about the slow speeds?
