My problem that flagged this was that I am getting fuzzy fonts in the icon editor rather than the traditional small font. After searching around I found Knowledgebase article "Fonts Are Compressed In Icon Editor" when I discovered this problem... I seem to be missing the Small Fonts font on my current computer. The knowledgebase article has a link to the font file needed, however it is broken. I googled the font file but I'm unsure if any of the download links are legit. Does anyone know of a safe way to get this font (i.e. from NI, Microsoft, etc...)? Seems odd that it is missing, but this is a work computer so perhaps it has to do with how they set everything up. For reference I am running Windows 10, LabVIEW 2016. I've also submitted a service ticket with NI, but I thought perhaps someone in the community had knowledge of a quicker solution.

Did you look at the Fonts installed on your PC? On mine, there is a Font called "Small Fonts" which, I believe, came with Windows (but I'm prepared to be proven wrong about that ...).

Sorry for not replying sooner... I did check prior to posting this issue and found the font "Small Fonts" to be missing in my font directory. Inevitably I went home and thought about it some more and had a eureka moment and looked on my personal computer. Found, copied, and installed on the work controller. Thanks for replying!

Well, since I've faced this problem on several machines already (still don't see any dependency why does it happen), I hope it will help somebody if I attach this font to current topic.

Thanks for attaching it.
However please put it as a .zip file and not 7z so that no one is forced to download other software in order to unzip it.

No problem! I first attempted to attach the .fon file itself, but got the message, that this type is not allowed. And 7z was the first in white list)
