Software development of dual axis galvo system scanner for laser marking

Hi,

I am working on project which is looking the same project as your one,

I am using the small beam dual axis Galvano mirrors from the thorlab.

according to my project  I have to detect the cell on to the sample and have to draw bounding box onto them after doing this thing I have to scan that bounded area using the dual axis galvano mirrors.

so need to know that if I have pixel value of Rect top , bottom, left, right than how can convert thoes values into the voltage so mirrors can scan the bounded area.

I also need to know that how can we scan in raster pattern using dual axis galvano mirrors.
