Hi DSPGuy,

Thanks for the VI. I've just been fitting a new set of data, and my first impression was that the fit is definitely more robust than before. However, today I got another NaN case, so I slapped my "Replace NaN with 0" VI after yours, and it worked again.

I'll stick with the solution as it is now. Thanks for the help.
