Sound Write Problems: No stereo sound and cracking at start and end

I have to program a vi that makes a buzz sound on the left speaker or the right speaker, but not on both speakers at the same time.
I created an array that contains a short sinewave and put the array to SO Write.
Two Problems occurred:
1. At any time the sound starts and stops to play, I hear a crack in the speakers. First I thought the sinewave starts with an edge, but even though I change the amplitude or the offset, I hear the crack all the time. Wherefrom does the crack come from?
2. The array consists of two columns, one of it contains only Zeros.
But almost the same sound is coming from both speakers.
I need to have the tones separate to each speaker.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a vi, that explaines the problem of the crack, that I hear in the speakers.

Hello,

have a look at the Example VI "Continuous Sound Output.vi", you can find it with the Example finder in LV. With that VI there is no crack. With your VI I hear the crack to, so it isn't your sound card or driver. The problem occurs in your vi. Might be starting and ending the sound-output in the case-structure.

I tried Continuous Sound Output.vi but I can hear a crack with this vi too, at the beginning and at the end when you click on stop. It is the same with mine (ok, in mine there is another, recuring crack, but don't regard it)
