Spikes in the plot...

So i produce a  frequency response plot by using a XY graph. Everything works great except fo the spikes which you can see in the attached picture.  My plots are saved as dbl arrays. Is there a quick and dirty way  to get rid of these spikes on the plot?
Thanks.

It seems you figured out one way to not see the spikes. Smiley Very Happy

You didn't attach the picture!

Actually a picture won't do much good unless you explain what you are trying to capture and how you are capturing it.

I was just trying to form a frequency response by stitching together frequency responses from adjacent smaller ranges.  I think I just try to cut out the bordering values. This is where the spikes occur.  I do capturing via GPIB from a SR785 signal analyzer.

Hi R,

You mentioned trying to cut out the border values, what do you mean? Are the Arrays padded and you are cutting out the padding? If you look at the array, can you identify the spikes and what values are they?
