Standard Report Picture/Image Alignment

I have a standard report that prints to a PDF printer, so I can do a pdf document.

I have about 6 images and I want some of them placed side by side. I understand that we can't use those alignments. I tried to see if I can insert images into a table.

Looks like I can't insert images into a table cell. Does anyone have experience in aligning images in a standard report.
