Stanford SR830 can be connectee with GPIB-USB-HS ?

There is no room for another GPIB card in our computer, so can we sue this converter to talk to this device?

When you say 'another GPIB card', that implies you already have a GPIB controller in the PC. Does that mean you have already have 15 instruments connected to it?

Actually, the slots are pretty crowded, another two PCI cards are connected to other equipments, that's why we want a compact connection to SRS 830

That makes no sense. I asked if you already had 15 instruments connected to the single GPIB controller. You aren't under the impression that you have to use a single GPIB controller for each instrument are you? If you are, then you are very wrong. All you need is another cable to connect this instrument up to one that you have already connected.
