I am trying to learn the LV to do the followings.
- Zoom in/out pictures
- Animate ( rotate, zoom in/out, move object ) pictures, etc
May I know where should I strart, any good samples, thanks.

I suggest you take a look at the examples (Help >> Find examples... ) and search for picture.
I think the "RobotArm.vi" example is nice, and "SolarSystem" and "Robot".

Thanks, is there any toolbox or controls for the pitures( or 3D objects).

There is also a 3D picture control addon, not sure where to find it though...
I suggest you google the following strings "site:ni.com picture control" and "site:lavag.org picture control"

I have been collecting Picture related links in this thread in the Breakpoint.
It does not have many (any?) links for the 3D stuff becuase those examples a few are far between.

I start learning the LV sample as the attached screen. May I know any basic knowledge need to learn first.
