Starting the device having problem in visa

I have designed a program for non NI device . But i am having problem with starting unless i start the device with its on softwrae one time it is not responding to any of my command is there any one can help.

You've to provide all details, we cannot read your mind to know what is that "non-NI Device", how it works, how to use it and what are you trying to do

Literally, you're going to a doctor and saying that you're sick, please cure me, he cannot do anything unless you specify your symptoms or conditions.
