Stop Timed Structure Error -804

Am I right in thinking that the attached code should work?

I'm getting error -804 when trying to run it.

I cannot see the error using LV 2016. Please recompile the VI with a force compile (Ctrl+Click on Run button).

Still does it. Seems like there's people suggesting this was a bug in 2009

Strangely this work on two other machies, one running 2015 SP1 and the other tunning 2015. It also works on my 64bit version. 

It also works on my LabVIEW now I've done a "Clear Compile Objects"

...worrying.
