Strange result from frequency analysis!!!

I want to see how well does the non-parametric estimation of System Identification Toolkit work. So I made a PT2 transfer function in Matlab/simulink, gave my input signal as Chirp and got my output signal. After that, I read these signals in labview and made a bode-diagram by using the Freq Resp function. The result was quite strange. I have drawn a bode-diagram in Matlab with those input and output signals, the result is correct. So, I do not understand why it does not work with labview. Is there any reason for that? What are the tips for doing frequency analysis in labview? Because later I will do that for my real system, I really want to be sure it works and I got the right results. Another thing is, whether it is possible in labview to define a transfer function, then let my input signal go throught it and get the output signal, like what can be done in matlab/simulink? How can I do it in the easiest way? Thanks a lot!!!!

If you cannot answer my question, then at least you can keep quiet. The reason that change to another title is that I want people to be interest with my question. Everyone who ask a question want to get an answer immediatly.Right?

Yuwu,

Posting duplicate questions is just plain rude. Not only that, you responded with a bad rating and an equally rude comment. I don't think you deserve anyone's help.
