Stratom myRIO X-CAN module does not work

Hello,

I use Labview 2017 SP1, downloaded the necessary modules from this page. Also, downloaded the myRIO toolkit from this page. Although, the errors, as can be seen in the attached picture, are still occur. I tried to reach out the Stratom, they did not respond me at all.

The program will be used to receive and send CAN messages via myRIO.

Anybody met this type, or similar problem before?

You still are missing some libraries. Is this error popping up on windows or target?

Hello!

Maybe that's the case what you wrote. I checked the site, which you linked, didn't help me too much. I don't think the myRIO's libraries the source of the problem.

This error happens when I try to run, not when openning in. The Labview doesn't allow run it, because it says I have still errors, which are should be handled first (as can be seen in the attached picture from the original post).

Another thing, which came to my mind, it's a lone VI, and not in a project. Can it be this the faulty factor?
