Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an error while trying to log into Nigel AI Advisor. The error message says:
"An error occurred while logging in to the Nigel AI Advisor. Contact NI for support."
I’ve tried logging in multiple times, but the same message keeps appearing. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue, and what potential solutions I can try?

Hi boomshakalaka,
This error normally occurs when Nigel can't find a Service entitlement associated with your ni.com User Account. To use Nigel, you need to be on a Subscription license or have active SSP attached to your Perpetual license. You can see the steps here to add your Serial Number to your User Account - https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/25/access-nigel-ai-advisor.html
It may take 24 hours for the associations to propagate on the backend and for Nigel to update and pick up your entitlements.
