Synchronization Options 18-slot PXI 6561 6123

I've read much info about implementing  TClk, RTSI, 10MHz backplane, PXI Trigger etc, but I'm still unclear which are possible for my hardware and what option will give the best performance.

LabVIEW 8.5.1, PXI-8106 Controller, PXI-1045 Chassis, six 6561 LVDS cards, nine 6123 analogue input cards.  72-channels of LVDS acquired synchronously at 2MHz, 72-channles of analogue acquired synchronously at 200kHz.  Total acquisition time 1-sec.

Initially I'll be using either 6561 cards or 6123 cards, later I may want to sync all 15-cards together.  Can anyone advise on the best synchronization option?  Links to explanatory articles on ni.com appreciated.  I think some articles I've found may apply, but are dated so therefore don't list 6561 or 6123 when describing the available functions.

I've studied the DAQmx examples and it appears straightforward, I just need to work out what to implement.

Hi,

Tom O explained how you can navigate through the shipped examples in this forum post.

Below are some of the links that might be helpful to you. I found these by simply searching www.ni.com with keywords from your post.

- Synchronized High-Speed Digital Output and Daqmx Analog Output
- Timing and Syncronization features of DAQmx
- NI T-Clock Timing and Synchronization of Modular Instruments
- Advanced Analogue Timing and Triggering Techniques
