System Configuration 14 API shows in random language

After installing the System Configuration 14 API it does not show in the english language in LabView. 

It shows up any other language in LabView than english, and each function has a different language. (Chinese, French, German etc.). The help file is in Chinese.

Reinnstalling the API does not help, simply gets the same.

I do not have the time to re-innstall labview, that simply takes a whole day. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is something corrupt in Labview?!?

The OS is WIN 8.1, and the language is Norwegian. Previously I have never had such issues (had WIN7 English) but after a computer crash I needed to hurry and could only replace it fast with WIN 8.1 Norwegian.

Due to no feedback, and it became horrible to work with I did the following:

Reinnstalled everything from NI - did not work. Found out thereason was that I should have removed System Configuration API 14.5 first before re-innstallation.

Removed everything from NI, and then innstall a fresh innstall - worked.

The issue was with System Configuration API 14.5. I do not dare to innstall the 14.5 API now and keep the 14.0 that came with my labview prof. innstallation.
