I think you need to place the exe path inside doublequotes, else the spaces in the path will be considered spearators, breaking the commandline.

Hi Shakhina,

My name is Prasanna and I am a PhD Student at UTA. I am trying to send Cygwin commands using System Exec.vi such as "cd /tinyos" or "make install mica2", but I am unable to do so. This vi works for simple commands like "ls". Have you got any suggestion to solve this problem?
