WHERE ARE YOU FIND THE REMOTE PORT OR SERVICE NAME? TO SR-2000?

There is no need to write in all upper case...
For the SR-1000, there is the doument SR1000UserManual.pdf. In chapter 9.3, it contains a list of settings in AutodeskNavigator, including default port 9004. To my knowledge, it's the same for the SR-2000.

There is a manual you can download from the Keyence site for the SR-2000. It is quite extensive but not overly clear in how to address it over RS-232 and Ethernet and with several protocols.
As far as TCP/IP goes there is this Command Interface and a Data Reader Interface.
The manual states that for the Command interface following ports are available to be configured:
Communication name Listen/remote port Protocol Port number
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Command communication Listen port TCP, UDP 23, 1024 to 65535
Ethernet data (server) Listen port TCP 23, 1024 to 65535
with this remark after:
9013, 9014, 9015, 9016, 5900, 5920, and 44818 cannot be set as they are
reserved for the reader system
So it's a bit confusing. Apparently the port can be configured somewhere. And there are a number of reserved ports from 9013 to 9016 and a few others
The "LON<cr>" command shown before for the SR-1000 seems to work for this device too.
