TCPIP and firewalls

I am trying to use labview to get data from a TDS3054B and we have isolated the problem to our firewall.  Does anyone know what programs I need to add to the exceptions list and also any ports I may have to leave open for data?

If you run in LabVIEW itself then you will probably need to add LabVIEW.exe to the exception list, for an application executable you would add that executable to the exception list.
Further about the port you will have to check the driver for your instrument but since this seems to be a VXI11 device, the outgoing port number should be 5000.
