TOMVIEW v1.2 released

Numerical differentiation for problems with integer variables updated.
No lower limit on integer solution set for glcDirect anymore.
The system now available for LabVIEW 8 users.
Assign routines and callback functions re-implemented as sparse
versions.
Sparse matrix handling package updated with several additional
operators/functions.
Test problems for TOMVIEW /LGO added to the distribution.
All front panels standardized.
Unconstrained Hoch-Schittkowski problems added with Hessian
information.


TOMVIEW /NPSOL - Updated return codes for linear/nonlinear constraint
violations.
