Hi Fabian,

from what I know, most of the issues with shared variables are solved with the document I linked below.

Could you try running a project from LabVIEW examples and see if shared variables will be working correctly?

You can find it by going to Help>>Find Examples, and then: Toolkits and Modules>>Touch PAnel>>Applications>>Networking>>General>>Shared Variable.lvproj

Actually I am using that example to test the shared variables communication. From NI support send me the following link:

I think that maybe it would be useful for someone else but for me doesn't work.

The next posibility is update the complete Touch Panel software or similar.

Hi Fabian,

unfortunately there is no way of reinstalling the software on the touchpanel on your own. You would have to send the device for RMA.

Please work with your local tech support team to solve the issue. Right now I don't have any more suggestions for you. If I think of something else, I'll let you know.

Finally I found the solution!, from NI support was exchanged information and in the end we get the answer (at least for me). The problem was the windows firewall. So, I disable it and 'ta da'. Well that's all, thanks to everybody whom supported me.
