Target class: listbox (strict)

Right now to make a Class Specifier Constant to a listbox that has a selection mode of one item I am doing following: Right Click->Create Reference->Create Constant. It feels like there is probably a much less clunky way to do this but I cant figure out how. From the drop down boxes I can only figure out how to arrive at listbox, which has a value datatype of variant.

This is the right way to do it. There might be another way to do it, but I've always found it easiest to create a class specifier constant directly from an object of the correct type. I can understand why it seems clunky to create an intermediate reference that you don't need, but at least it's not many clicks.
