Not really sure what you mean by this question. What do you need to know about it? According to Tektronics, "The TFW file uses a proprietary binary format without any official documentation. Like the TFS file, creation or modification of TFW file via third-party applications is unsupported and not generally recommended."
Seems like a job for the Tek Forums, not the NI forums.
