Thanks 4 the help so far, but they all seem so complicated. I still want to change the file evryday, from the program, and then write it to a spreadsheet, and simultaneously read it from another spreadsheet.

It seems that you've been given a lot of help to do exactly what you want. If you're still lost, maybe its time to throw in the towel and contact an Alliance member to write the program for you.
