The MAX database is not running

Hello,

I am having trouble with the NI Max database. I am getting a message that the NI Max database is not running. I have tried to reboot the computer and go through re-starting the NI Configuration Manager and NI Device Loader. I saw a suggestion to set them to delayed start too. I tried all the suggestions but still not able to get the database running. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can determine the software version from NI Package Manager. See Determine the Version of the NI Software Installed on My Computer

You should look for NI System Configurator version. The first supported version is 2022 Q3.

I am running Labview Version 2023Q1 32 bit, but I can't find the NI System Configurator, should it be on this list?
