Hi, I'm confused with the the difference of sinad.vi between Sound & Vibration Toolkit and Singal Processing Toolkit.
When the input waveform is single tone, the output is almost the same, but raises much discrepancy while a certain distribution of the spectrum. Does the sinad.vi have some limitation to the input signal? Did I miss some setting of the terminals? Hope someone can give me some suggestion.

You'd better post the VI itself, since images cannot provide all information, but one thing I suspect is that block diagram on the right has more sample numbers, and leads to narrower spectrum.

Hi, KateB,
Thanks to your reply. I would like to upload the vi, but it appeared an error about the file type is not match, it very annoyed me.very much.
The distribution in the spectrum comes from the different input data, so they're differrenct originally.
What I want to know is why the sinad values, one(56.13) generated from Sound & Vibration Toolkit, the other(18.33) Signal Processing Toolkit, are different so much in a certain condition ? I've tried to make all the terminal value similar.

Hi, here's the subVI for the test! Hope someone can give me some suggestion.
