The "NI-Serial 3.9.1 64-bit driver" installation has failed

Hey everybody so I'm trying to install the NI LabVIEW 2012 SP1 Rio Evaluation KIt.

I'm currently on the 2nd DVD installation disk on Part 6 of 7(currently installing NI-RIO) and I get an error box stating:

Have you tried reinstalling the software? What OS are you running?
